Civics- we took notes on political parties and elections. students then watched a couple political ads and created a political party timeline. Students then created an advertisement from the perspective of an interest group for their respective candidate.

US History- we reviewed for the Benchmark, took notes on unions and strikes on the handout, watched a video on the US in the 1900s and did the skits that were prepared yesterday.
